Automatic Renewal

Your membership renews each month on the day you signed up. Book your facial anytime that month to lock in your glow.

Membership Policies

24-hour cancellation policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is not available on the day of your appointment, and your facial for that month will be forfeited.

Credits don't roll over

If an appointment is missed, or isn't canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment, that month's credit is forfeited and does not carry into the following month.

Pause or cancel your membership

To pause or cancel your Facial Club membership, email hello@thewellness.spa at least 3 days before your renewal date.
