Downstairs from the treatment rooms, our open-air courtyard is a place to slow down between the warmth of the saunas and the cool rush of the plunge. Move at your own pace, rest by the fire, and arrive at your treatment already relaxed.

- A few rounds of heat and cold warm the muscles, so your massage can reach a little deeper.
- Before a facial
- Time in the courtyard brings circulation and a healthy glow to the skin, the perfect start to your facial.
- After your facial treatment
- Friendly reminder: your post-facial aftercare is just as important as the treatment itself. Please skip hot and cold therapy, including traditional saunas, steam rooms, and cold plunges, for at least 2 days after your appointment. Freshly resurfaced skin and a 190 degree sauna or an icy cold plunge do not mix, and can easily cause irritation, redness, or broken capillaries. Let your skin absorb all that goodness from your treatment. Your esthetician will provide aftercare instructions specific to your treatment.

Book a free 30-minute guided session. A team member walks you through your first rounds: breathing, timing, recovery. Bring a towel, or rent one for $5.

Visiting the island?
Unlimited courtyard access for the length of your stay, day or night. After-hours entry uses a $50 keycard, with $25 back when you return it.
Elements is entered through a gate on the first floor. Members purchase a key card to open the gate and access Elements when it is available.
For St. Croix residents
Unlimited monthly plans, an Island Movement member add-on, and an intro offer for residents.

An hour of private infrared sauna, a cold plunge set to your temperature, and your own outdoor lounge for up to six. Towels, chilled water, and wine glasses included. For larger groups, take over the whole courtyard.
